Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your orderto request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in the same condition you received it
• Be unworn or unused, with tags
• Be in its original packaging
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at jjskids1@gmail.com     We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Final Sale items
• Gift cards 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
